Dynamic Content management in Macro Suite (MS)
It’s possible to now manage Dynamic Content Items in Macro Suite. The approved flow gives you flexibility in listing and changing all variants of an item. Additionally, you can use Agent Assist Fields in Dynamic Content too.
Replacement of the Rich-text editor (MS)
This is more of an ‘under the hood’ improvement for the future. A different engine will replace our current Rich-text editor engine. And open the door for more options in the future. Also, the reliability and speed are much better than our current processor. You can now see the new engine in Dynamic Content in Macro Suite.
Show agent name instead of alias in Skipper (SK)
We received product feedback from several customers — you know who you are ;) — that the information shown was suboptimal. This indeed was the case. And as a result of that instead of showing the agent alias in the Skipper tables, we show the agent name.
